Iron removal water filter
An aeration water filter that purifies water from iron, manganese, arsenic, as well as turbidity, color, and odor, without the use of special reagents. It works effectively even under conditions of low pH and high organic matter content.
The filtration system consists of a filter tank, an automatic control valve (CLACK, USA, or Runxin, China), a reactor tank, and an air compressor. The pressure tanks are made of FRP fiberglass, while the catalytic filter media AquaMandix and quartz sand are used for water purification. The filter operates on the principle of aeration and filtration — as a result of aeration, iron, manganese, and mechanical impurities oxidize and precipitate, then are separated in the filter media, whose varying grain sizes ensure effective adsorption. After a set period, the control valve automatically performs regeneration, restoring the filter media's capacity. Suitable for groundwater and centralized water supply systems — ideal for private homes, summer cottages, small guest houses and apartment buildings, as well as manufacturing facilities.
